SCP-173が登場するゲームの日本の非公式Webサイトにおいて寄付が求められていました。この件について問い合わせがあったため、ライセンスチームの意見を伺うために連絡をさせてもらいました。
SCP Secret Laboratoryというゲームには、SCP-173の3Dモデルが登場しています。このゲームはSteamにおいて無料で配信されています。
このゲームに関する日本の非公式サイト( http://seesaawiki.jp/scp/ )では、CC BY-SA 3.0に従う形でゲームに関する情報共有などが行われています。このサイトにおいて、一時期ゲームのサーバー管理費用のための寄付が集められていました(現在は取り下げられています)。
この件を踏まえた上でライセンスチームの意見を伺いたいのは以下の3点です。
①: SCP、及びその2次創作物において寄付を求めることは商用利用(営利目的での利用)に該当しますか?
例えば、インターネット上でSCP-2000の二次創作物をCCに従った上で公開し、それについて寄付を求めることは商用利用と非商用利用どちらでしょうか。もし寄付が商用利用に該当する場合、今回の件において複数のSCPが登場するゲームに関するサイトで寄付を求めることはSCPの商用利用でよろしいでしょうか。
②: SCP-173に関するライセンス"営利目的でこの画像を使用"の箇所は、SCP-173の画像を用いた二次創作の営利的利用を制限するものですか?
例えば、SCP-173に使われている"無題2004"の画像を用いて作成した画像や動画などの二次創作物も営利的利用は制限されているのでしょうか。
③: ①と②を踏まえた上で、SCP Secret Laboratoryの有志サーバー管理者がサーバーの管理費に使う目的で寄付を集めることにライセンス上の問題はありますか?
以上3点について、ライセンスチームの見解をお願いいたします。

This letter about the Japanese fan site of SCP-173 appearing games, and they were collecting donations. I received an inquiry about this donation, so I want to ask the license team's view on this issue.
"SCP Secret Laboratory" is video game that SCP-173's 3D model appears.This game is ”free to play" for Steam.
The Japanese fan site of this game (http://seesaawiki.jp/scp/) exchange of information for the game under CC-BY-SA 3.0 license.At this web site, there were raising donations to collect gaming server maintenance fees.(Currently, donations are not being recruited)
Based on these matters, I would like to ask the license team's opinion on the following three points.
①: Does seeking donation at SCP and its secondary creation fall under commercial use (for commercial purposes)?
For example, which of "commercial use case" or " non-commercial use case" that publish secondary creation of SCP-2000 on the Internet under CC license and ask for donation about it?If the donation falls under "commercial use case ", is it fall under too for "commercial use case" of SCP to seek donation on sites related to games where multiple SCPs appear?
②: Does the license guide provision of "BASED ON THE SCULPTURE Untitled 2004 SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES" similarly restrict the commercial use of secondary creation using images of SCP - 173?
For example, is commercial use restricted for secondary creations such as images and movies created using "Untitled 2004" images used for SCP - 173?
③: Based on ① and ②, Please tell me whether there is a problem with this case.
